Seapoint Farms’ Mighty Lil’ Lentils debuted online this April, but plans for its nationwide launch in retail have been delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It offers 4.5 servings, with 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per serving. Other types of packaging are part of the plan for the future.
